چکیده

Efficient vertical transportation is vital to a skyscraper’s functional operation and the convenience satisfaction of its tenants. This review complements author’s previously published research by updating readers on innovative hardware software-based solutions. It lays out, organizes, combines extensive scattered material numerous aspects elevator design in straightforward non-technical narrative. Rope-less elevators, MULTI, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet Things (IoT), extended reality technologies are some developments advancements this article examines. The analysis also contextualizes current technical reviewing how they used significant projects such as One World Trade Center New York City. Lastly, paper examines technologies, holographic buttons ultraviolet rays that disinfect response COVID-19 pandemic.
